Do you have storage space with offices included?
Space available from time to time varies. Office space is available within our warehouse facility. If there is none available when you lease storage or manufacturing area, we will build it for you.

If I need to expand in the future, can you accommodate us?
Moving out interior walls, changing locations, constructing a new building to your specs, or any combinations of these are methods we can use to accommodate our customers growth.

How much square footage is normally available? Is it heated or unheated?
That’s a hard question. The only thing that is “constant” is that it varies. Call us to discuss your needs & we will describe areas that we feel will fit that need. If it does not appear that we are the best option, we will tell you, and perhaps give you a suggestion on another location. As far as cold or heated storage, the main facility maintains a 50 degree temperature, except for the offices. We have other "Stand Alone" warehouses, which give you the option of a cold or heated facility.

What type of security do you provide?
Many of the doors in our main building have a computer generated locking mechanism that automatically locks down at a specified time. Selective customers have key cards to gain access after lock-down. Security cameras linked to a recording computer are located throughout the interior and exterior of the facility. In addition, fire doors are rolled shut at days end to provide safety between sections of the building.
In our stand-alone buildings, the tenant is required to provide the level of security they deem necessary.

Can we have 24 hour access?
As stated above, there are certain sections that will allow 24 hour access with an electronic key card.

What are your ceiling heights?
We have ceiling heights varying from 8 foot to 30 feet. It depends on location.

What is your distance from the interstate? The airport?
We are one (1) mile from Interstate 90 and three (3) miles from the airport.

Are your facilities equipped to handle internet connections?
Yes.

Can we have a separate/secure space within your facility?
We will build a facility within a our facility that will allow private access.

Are you licensed to store food products?
Yes. Our food products are stored in an area designated for food.
